Well, I am!

I am so happy to announce that I am now offering the opportunity to experience the transformational alchemy of breathwork to you online. 

Yes, I am now offering to facilitate a breathwork session for you in the comfort, security and safety of your own space. And it is so easy!

Using a web-based tool very similar to Skype called zoom I am able to facilitate a breathwork session right where you are. Zoom uses your computer or phone's camera, microphone and speaker to allow us to see, hear and talk to each other.

It must be crazy season. Oh, it is crazy season all that crazy hussle and bussle of preparing for the holiday season is well on the way as I write this. And in honor of this crazyness, Pernille Søgaard and I will be offering a joint online/live group breathwork on 21st December. The live session will be held in Hellerup in Copenhagen and any of you that are locals are very welcome to come along and join in.
